Construction Workflow
1. Pre-Construction Phase
- 1. Project planning: Define project scope, goals, and timelines.
- 2. Design and engineering: Create detailed designs, blueprints, and specifications.
- 3. Permitting and approvals: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities.
- 4. Site preparation: Clear the land, remove debris, and prepare the site for construction.
2. Construction Phase
- 1. Site work: Excavate, grade, and prepare the site for foundation work.
- 2. Foundation work: Lay the foundation, including footings, walls, and slab.
- 3. Framing: Construct the building's frame, including walls, floors, and roof.
- 4. MEP Systems: Install HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- 5. Insulation and drywall: Insulate and install drywall.
- 6. Finishing work: Install flooring, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
3. Finishing Phase
- 1. Final inspections: Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- 2. Punch list: Address any remaining issues or defects.
- 3. Obtain certificate of occupancy: Receive the certificate from authorities.
- 4. Project completion: Final cleaning and landscaping.
4. Post-Construction Phase
